Full Profile →I'm the principal of BRAND Real Estate, a Las Vegas commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm. I started my commercial real estate career with a regional office developer specializing in owner-user product and have spent more than twenty years building a practice in the Las Vegas market. Before real estate, I spent four years taking more than 30 companies public on the OTC and helping launch startups with a private investment firm. That entrepreneurial background shapes how I think about every client's situation today.
Over that time, I've sold or leased more than $900 million in commercial property across the Las Vegas Valley: owner-user transactions, investment property, tenant and buyer representation, and condo-style commercial projects in office and light industrial. I'm a specialist, not a generalist. My deepest expertise is in owner-user advisory, medical office, light industrial, and commercial real estate marketing.
I hold both the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations, the two most rigorous credentials in commercial brokerage. I'm one of only nine commercial real estate professionals in Southern Nevada to hold both.
AI is a working part of how I run every engagement at BRAND, not as a marketing claim but in practice: market analysis, site selection, deal sourcing, and property marketing. In 2026 alone, I've been the sole facilitator on AI workshops for CREW Las Vegas, CCIM Southern Nevada, and SIOR Southern Nevada, with ongoing AI training delivered to SIOR chapters across the country. It's not a trend I'm observing. It's how we work.
I currently serve as President-Elect of the Southern Nevada SIOR Chapter (2026–2027) and as Chair of the SIOR Independent Broker Group (IBG) Steering Committee. IBG represents 1,400 of SIOR's 3,500 global designees.
I'm also an active buyer of Las Vegas commercial development opportunities: land for development, sites with entitlements, value-add repositioning, and off-market situations across the Valley. If you have a deal, send it.

I'm a commercial real estate broker with BRAND Real Estate, focused on industrial, office, medical, and land opportunities across Las Vegas, Henderson, and Southern Nevada.
I'm a second-generation Las Vegas native. This is my market. I grew up in it, and I've built my career in it. That local depth matters on every assignment, whether it's understanding a submarket's dynamics, knowing the right people to call, or reading how a deal is likely to move.
I work with tenants, buyers, owner-users, and investors on site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and overall real estate strategy. I understand that commercial real estate decisions are rarely just about finding space. They're about supporting a business plan, improving operations, creating flexibility, and positioning for growth. That's how I approach every assignment.
In my second year in the business, I was involved in more than $20 million in transaction volume. I've now participated in over $40 million in commercial real estate transactions across the Las Vegas Valley.
My approach is straightforward: responsive, relationship-driven, and focused on helping clients make smart real estate decisions with confidence. If you're evaluating industrial, office, medical, or land real estate in Las Vegas or Henderson, I'd welcome the conversation.

I'm a licensed commercial real estate broker with BRAND Real Estate. I work with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties in the Las Vegas Valley.
What brought me to this work isn't just the license. It's the two decades I spent inside the industry before I obtained it. I've worked on the operations side, the marketing side, and the strategy side of commercial real estate. I know how deals are structured, where they stall, and what it takes to move them forward. That perspective comes from twenty years in the arena. My license provides the platform to put it to work for you.
- ✦Undivided attention. I answer the phone, return messages promptly, and keep you informed at every stage. Responsiveness is a core value, not a courtesy.
- ✦Honest guidance. I'll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. The right deal at the right terms matters more to me than a fast close.
- ✦Meticulous detail. Leases, letters of intent, timelines, terms: nothing gets glossed over. I read everything and ask the questions others skip.
- ✦A network that works for you. Twenty years of relationships in this industry means I know who to call, who to trust, and how to get things done when it matters most.
- ✦White-glove service, start to finish. From the first conversation to the final signature, you'll feel taken care of. That's a promise I make to every client.
Choosing a broker is a relationship decision as much as a business one. You're trusting someone to guide you through a transaction that is significant personally and professionally. I don't take that lightly. Neither should you.

I'm a commercial real estate broker with BRAND Real Estate. I work with landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers across the Las Vegas Valley, and I focus on making every client's experience as smooth and well-managed as the deal itself.
I grew up in Nevada in a family rooted in real estate, construction, and development, which means I came to this industry with context most brokers spend years trying to acquire. I've been licensed and active since 2017 and have handled nearly $20 million in transaction volume. I'm currently working toward my CCIM designation, and I'm a proud graduate of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Institute, Class of 2020.
My focus is deal management and client support. I handle the details that determine how a transaction actually lands: market analysis, lease comparison, tour coordination, move-in facilitation, and every touchpoint between initial contact and close. I ask a lot of questions, I read everything, and I return calls.
If you need someone who will treat your deal with the same care you do and keep you informed every step of the way, that's what I'm here for.

I'm a commercial real estate broker with BRAND Real Estate. My specialty is gaming properties, specifically STNL gaming investments and taverns, alongside retail, office, industrial, and vacant land across the Las Vegas Valley.
I've spent more than a decade closing commercial real estate transactions in Las Vegas. Before joining BRAND, I was part of The Industrial Property Group, where I closed transactions on hundreds of acres of industrial land and warehouse properties. Over my career, I've been involved in more than 350 acres of industrial land transactions, with total volume exceeding $250 million.
On the gaming side, I've represented some of Las Vegas's most prominent owners and operators, including PT Corporation, Village Pubs, Golden Gaming, and Dotty's. That work requires a specific kind of market knowledge: who's buying, who's selling, how these deals are structured, and what operators actually look for when evaluating a location. It's a specialized niche, and I know it well.
If you're working on gaming properties, industrial land, or other commercial transactions in the Las Vegas Valley, I'm happy to talk.
