In addition to SIOR, Bridget holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. CCIM is the leading credential in commercial real estate investment analysis. The CCIM curriculum covers investment underwriting, financial analysis, market analysis, and user decision analysis.

The combination of SIOR + CCIM means the broker is trained both in the operational realities of office and industrial property (SIOR) and in the investment analysis behind commercial property decisions (CCIM). Few brokers hold both. In Southern Nevada, only nine do.
